I think humans are hard because we know what they're supposed to look like, and when they don't, we find it "wrong." Fantastic creatures like Heather and...oh, I can't remember the harpy's name right now--they can look any way the artist intends. But Natalie does a wonderful job giving these creatures human emotions.
