A young foxvee and a ninetails flee from the Angry Eyes, a alternative universe pokemon of legendary fire, capable of scouring every place it gets to. The two pokemon seek out a legendary ice or water pokemon that can defeat the Angry Eyes. On their journeys they come across one of the massive eyes as seen approaching them in the distance, having to leap over a burning ancient city's terrain in an imminent and desperate attempt to survive. But will the pokemon be victorious, or will the pokemon world fall to a dark dominion of smouldering hot fire ruled by these angry overlords?
