As almost all the dorms of Night Raven College have at least a student oc of mine, I took the chance to make my first third year student, based on the Kraken from "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest", his artwork made by  Stevlong

Personality: Davy is quite the easygoin type of person: optimist, open to the dialogue and to joke, he can be very friendly, a good company indeed, willing to help and trying to keep almost always a smile on his face to show younger students they have nothing to fear when he's around, like if he's an older brother protecting them from everything... except himself. While usually being such a jovial and sunny person, there is a thing that, in Davy's mind, is the most important of all: rules; after having caused a great delusion to his own father in the past, as well as having put himself in danger, the octopus merfolk became obsessive with rules: every single one of them, from the most little and stupid to the most important, is essential, and needed for the world to work without dangers. In Davy's eyes, after all that happened to him, breaking even an useless rule can bring to very bad results, and so he rejects in toto even the slightest idea of breaking a single rule: because of this, he used to admire Riddle Rosehearts, the dorm leader of Heartslabyul, that, before he was misled by Ace Trappola and Deuce Spade, along with the members of Ramshackle Dorm, who changed Riddle's point of view on the matter, making him less strict, and so making Davy lose respect for his former idol.
Being so strict as he is, the boy from the Coral Sea almost never lets a broken rule unpunished, using his Unique Magic to give the rule breakers what they deserve, even if, to not being scolded by his own dorm leader, Davy does this only on major bad behaviours, as now Riddle would see that punishment as too much for minor infractions.
Loving to show off his own body, wearing so crop tops to not being restricted, Davy is clearly a glutton; he loves to gorge and eat, enjoying being stuffed and sated, but, most of all, there is a thing he adores eating: ghosts. Being able to touch them by the effect of his Unique Magic, Davy is easily able to catch and gobble them up, enjoying the feeling of such ghastly entities stuffed into his gut, without it even swelling too much, as the spirits he eats seem to adapt to the size of his insides, in a sort of hammerspace condition.
Because of this, as well as the fact Davy likes a lot how the Leech Twins cook, the octopus merfolk usually stays away from the school cafeteria, preferring to eat at Mostro Lounge, where he appreciates the dishes and there's no risk for him to eat the ghost chefs.

Unique Magic Name: "Release the Kraken!"
Unique Magic Effect: Release the Kraken!" is an Unique Magic that lets the user, after making direct contact with the target, to divide the soul from the body; the bodily functions of the victim, while the spirit will be out of its corpse, will be put in stasys, all of them stopping and leaving the body still alive but like frozen in time, until the soul, after 5 minutes, if not contained will forcefully return to his owner. This Unique Magic, other than giving said ability, lets the user to directly interact with ghosts: he'll be able to touch them, hit them, cancelling their intangibility in regards of the user, letting him so be able to block them, or, in Davy's case, making him able to swallow 'em whole, without the risk of them escaping his belly.
