We'll be hoping for Road Rovers reboot to come out anytime soon...
Let's just hope it won't be too edgy or too "child-friendly" and "hip with new times"... (not like Adult Swim shows and not like today's Cartoon Network shows)
Road Rovers with that kind of artstyle deserve to be returned as a TV show again.

One of the greatest animated shows of all time. A tribute to the friendly and faithful canine companions that light up our lives each day with their love. A message of international goodwill; putting all differences aside to work towards a common goal. Road Rovers was truly a wonderful show; combining action and heroics with straightforward humor. This picture truly pays tribute to the canine characters that lit up the Saturday mornings of the 90's with... Wait... Shag, no...! You've holding it backwards again!!
Wonderful tribute, Benny!!
Wonderful tribute, Benny!!
I wish I would have come across this picture a whole lot sooner this is absolutely amazing and you have done the original art style 100% Justice.
Even though the series died early and it was canceled it really is heartwarming to see that this long forgotten show by the massive still has such a devoted and lovable fanbase.💗

Wonderful! This was a show that was imperfect but had so much going for it. It deserved more love, recognition and presence on multimedia.
And all the characters were so dynamic! Hunter was such a handsome, charismatic devil; a natural leader. Colleen was a beauty with a cheeky edge (such as her act of "forgetting" Blitz), even though as a native Englishman she didn't feel very authentic; like someone made up a Cockney just by watching My Fair Lady 20 times. Blitz was a much more likeable character than he should have been given the size of his ego; undeniably handsome and loyal in his own way. Exile was a fine mirror too him, with his disapproval and kindly bluffness; a kind of uncle figure. Then of course there was Shag and Muzzle, providing the comedy relief and boosting the sense of power in the rest of them.
I know I'm rambling, but that's because I love the Rovers so much. Fantastic characters who needed work, but could have gone much further than they were given credit for.
