Fix price 40$

Adopt rules:
1. payment via paypal
2. payment must be made within 24 hours (if not - adoptable will be put back for sale)
3. you will receive a full right for the Character, but not for the base ​(You agree I will be using this base in my future adopts)
4. you can trade or resell the Character, but you can't resell it for more than 40$
5. no refunds
6. you can make up a character's clothes and accessories, gender, story
