Hehe, it's a Swedish song called "Drunk dance" or "Ugly dance" (roughly translated).
There is some site where you take a facial of yourself (or a friend) and paste in a cartoon characters head spot and you can make it dance a stupid dance.

Lyrics are about: "Look, at me, I'm getting closer to you", "Like an animal, a happy lemur, I tripp around with light steps" and "I can't dance, just look at me", that's somewhat the main parts of the song. It's a bit harsh sung hehe
