Here we have Katrina practicing some martial arts in her apartment. She has a room where she goes to hone her craft, learn new things, and as well as exercise. She does this from time to time whenever she has the time to do so. Not sure if I mention this, she self taught herself for self-defense incase something goes haywire during her job as the landlord. That has happen a couple of times before, but luckily those people had learned their lessons. Not sure about their well being though ;D.
