Oh if you want to make the tea just make a heavy honey syrup by heating 2 cups of honey over low heat till it is lightly bubbling then add 1.5 cups of fresh lime juice and stir to combine and you have the syrup component of the tea, you can also make soda with it just pour the syrup in then add club soda and stir.
