Had some ideas in my head for giving Cylveon some stats/data.

As a part Sylveon, Cy's offensive magic power gets a boost at a tradeoff for physical power, while maintaining his speed and low defensive stats.

Also as a Sylveon, Cy gains a bit of a desire to please - which comes in the form of suport magic and, well, less shyness in matters of intmacy...
