It is unfortunate that you chose to ignore my original first claim because someone who claimed after me managed to get payment to you a bit sooner than myself due to being busy. I could understand if I couldn’t afford to pay as that would be unfair to you but this is very unfair to me as I wasn’t even given a fair chance.
Do not be disgusted that I was able to take it especially since in Litchie's condition an adopt is not reserved at her place, it is the person who pays first who will get it. I'm sorry for you, but I made the request before buying it to find out if it was available and I had confirmation that yes, I only acted as a classic customer like in a store for example.

that is extremely unprofessional to give the adopt to someone else that claimed instead of the first person that claimed. some people have real world obligations that might take them a while to respond back to your notes. that is a really low ball move on your part. very rude and very unprofessional. will be sure not to support you.

It is important to know that I have made it clear that I do not book the adoption especially without news. I can understand that a planning can be overbooker, myself I am it as much in my life of artist as personal.

I specify well that I do not reserve adopt and by the same occasion, as I had no news, it means that the adopt will remain available. I can't know your life as you can't know mine.
Being professional is like being in a store. If there is only one item left in stock, either you miss the opportunity or you manage to get it! But until the item is purchased, you don't know if it will be taken or not, so it will remain available for purchase for everyone.

If someone else claims but don't give informations, it's normal go to on the faster option, someone else wants it and also claims, if he pays before it's his.
When you go at a supermarket, if you get the item on the stand, but pose it to go at watercloset, someone else can get it during this time and buy it, it's his an not yours.
It's not Litchie's fault if you weren't enough fast, but yours. So you don't have to attack her just because you didn't get it, it's your fault and not hers.
If you had to attack on someone, it yould be on the other claimer, that had it, and anyway, this person got it loyally so.. You don't have to attack on anyone.

If that is the case then perhaps remove the rule of payment must be given within 24 hours. That can lead one to believe they have time to act, especially if real life obligations may have slowed them down for a moment. Those two together made me believe that I had time to finish my appointment and return to my phone to send all necessary info. Which it seems was clearly not the case.

There in no need for name calling. I simply pointed out a factor that confused me and stated it could cause others to see that too. We do t have to go into a debate about it especially if the first notion is to attack one’s character as an individual with names and or harsh words because you may not agree with their perception of a situation. I prefer to attempt to remain civil here.

This is not only conflicting with your terms but it’s HEAVILY suggesting a grace period for the person that lays claim by commenting. Then with the second part you’re pretty much saying that if they don’t pay it’ll be offered to someone else. If this is how you’re going to run things you need to be very clear with your rules and not have something like that to confuse other people. There is no point in the 24 hours if it’s “first payment wins”. There isn’t even a point in the “comment here to claim” either with this logic.
It’s your way of doing things and I’m not telling you how to but you should be much clearer on it in future adopts because this is honestly just a terrible way of doing fixed adopts.

Whatever happened isn’t really my business, I’m just giving my food for thought. You should also give some respect to the person (or people) wanting to buy or give claim. There are a lot of factors that go into when buying adopts online and should give grace periods rather than expect immediate responses.

I highly suggest doing 24 hours for payment and honoring those that comment that kind of claim, or hell even 2 hours. maybe you shouldnt of said "payment must be given in 24 hours". When you say that it must be given in 24 hour time line THEN YOU HOLD IT FOR THAT PERSON FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS. if the person cant pay it and its been 24 hours then you can pass it on to the next person. you didnt even give them more then 2-3 hours out of that 24 to get back to you with info. if you want people to pay you sooner then the 24 hour deadline DONT SAY IT. it just goes to show you have lack of integrity for the customer.

Since I didn't get any answer after the comment, it was normal that if there is no first exchange, there is no follow-up, either for the payment or to grant the 24 hours waiting rule.
