Well Omega is kinda like T-1000 from Terminator 2. He changes into liquid on his own. As the nanotech cells enter the intestines and bloodstream, he quickly spreads andcinfects the host, slowly taking control. The symptom is numbness or complete loss of sensation and the affected areas moving on their own. Then ince he takes over, it is the host's voice but Omega's cadence and accent.
