Heh heh. Drawn in the Book of Shelly at Anime Evolution.
Last time we all played Super Smash Bros., I was randomly given Pikachu.. and I just pretty much stood there, going PIKA! PIKA! PIKA! down on everyone while they tired to smash each other.. Shelly was not happy about getting a charge out of all of this.

Yeah, I like being a bit vague at times. Good on you for figuring it out on your own, because I have had to explain it a few times. Maybe if I had added some residual static-electric bolts around her... hmm oh well. I was tired and it was a hot day drawing out side there.
