because if microsoft had stayed with computers instead of going to consoles Nintendo and playstation wouldent be suffering! besides, the Xbox is basicaly just a computer anyway!

Then what's a PS3 and a Wii?
A wii has a webbrowser, so does a PS3, and the PS3 has tons of multimedia capabilities, which is what a PC is, a multimedia platform.
Yes the XBox is a computer, so is a NES, or a Sega Saturn. So is a Gamecube or Nintendo DS, a PSP or PS2.

im scolding microsoft for destroying the world of good consol games with their poor graphics, bad game emulators, and crappy story lines in their games. tell me what you can play on an x box that you cant play on a computer? and what is the reason of haveing the abbility to add extra hard drives? if they just went with save cards they wouldent need a hard drive. at least playstation and nintendo will stick to what they know and ALWAYS offer the best systems on the market for consol gameing.

If we're talking about the 360, the hard drive is mostly to have a space to store all the demos, movies, games and whatnot you can download on xbox live.

but why would you download demo's movies and games if you could just go out and buy it!? how lazy could you be to stay at home and surf the net on you freeking game console! thats what a computer is for! you can buy movies from the shop, or download them easier on computer, and why get demo's if you can get the full thing!?
