Lucky is a old pokemon who been alive longer then any known pokemon Lucky in his own words says he got this way as he one of the most lucky pokemon to ever live and this name was given to him by a human call Rei he was born in Hisui after his mother was bring into the Region there lucky grow up in Jubilife Village how ever he spend most of his time in Galaxy Team HQ mostly around the Survey Corps witch got him interested in research he spend hours reading the pokedex and research and the team findings he use his art skills to help draw things for them one of the team given him the pair of glasses that he still wears today and help where he could he been given his name lucky by rei and the other humans just by how lucky he was as he make rare finds and find hide to find items and that he can fight pokemon and not get badly hurt lucky so into his research did't take him long to learn how to speak human language (far before it become a common language for pokemon) and work away for most of his life he does more research then painting makeing him a odd Smeargle for his kind all hearing all the storys of Mt. Coronet and the god pokemon Arceus at Spear Pillar lucky want to see if he could see Arceus him self and do some research on it maybe see something it olny shows to other pokemon or what humans like Rai could not see he around up some pokemon form all the Corps mostly pokemon he befriended in Galaxy Team being a mix of pokemon who come to Hisui by humans and Hisui pokemon who was born or Capture and tamed by them they all wanted to see Arceus for ther own reasons he made sure to have a mon of every type so his team have no real weakness and be well shock his team then set out to go to Mt. Coronet and reach it top on the way they would battle some pokemon that wanting a fight or just want to hurt them for being around humans it was not a easy Climb and the team have some hardships made him wonder how the human Rei or any human could climb it with out pokemon how ever once they reach the top and get to Spear Pillar they start to do research how ever after sometime a mad pokemon come to attack Spear Pillar lucky likely thinks it may have to do with how pokemon gone mad not too long ago and may be trying to take it out on Arceus Lucky could't let this happen so him and his friends battle with the mad pokemon even with all of them they bearly beat it and force away how ever they was all badly hurt and did't know if they could possibly make it back to Jubilife Village alive just there there was a flash of light and they all end up some where they did't know they wonder if they all ready dead but too ther shock they see the pokemon they looking for Arceus (before he become pamp arceus) look down at them welcomeing them to the Hall of Origin and use it power to heal them and told them he been watching them and after seeing ther skill and how they Protect the Spear Pillar and give them a offer after what happen he needs pokemon to help look after the world each haveing one of his a plates live in ther bodys to give them more power then most pokemon they be call the Arceus Plates they be free to do what ever they wish he ask they use this power to protect the world and it pokemon lucky did't want to take the offer at first worry what would happen to Arceus but told him not to worry he made copy's of his plates and so long as the real ones are safe in them the copys will still give him power with that lucky and the others accept the offer as they did a plate of ther type fly into ther bodys and become one with them giveing them power they could't dream of Arceus then made Lucky the leader of the Arceus Plates then a flash of light happen and they all found them selfs back on Spear Pillar they soon head back to Jubilife Village.

Lucky new life
he live his life like normal doing research and helping out how ever it did't take him long to noticed that his life is forever change he was no longer ageing with everone it did sanded him at first seeing many humans and pokemon grow old around him and passing away how ever he leaden to be happy for the life they got to live and not be upset by ther passing the Arceus Plates stay together for sometime before each one start to go ther own ways and go around the world helping pokemon in need lucky was the last to stay in Hisui witch was being rename to sinnoh he make Hisui be his last name so he never forget his past in time he start going around the world doing research and watching many events unfold many he can retell like a how team rocket made a mewtwo, how a collector all most end the world by trying to catch the 3 birds of Shamouti Island, how a kid love for her dad all could put all the world in Crystal by the power of the unknow, seeing a rocket catch and turn a Celebi evil, how a former Team Magma Scientist use Jirachi to bring a Groudon back to life using a Fossil of the prehistoric Pokémon but ended up makeing Virus Groudon Groudon like being was a manifestation of pure evil, and it consumed people and Pokémon alike while sucking up energy from the earth, he even see how his master Arceus lost it self to hate wanting to destroy humanity and all most take part in that battle to stop him he have seem maney things and all kinds of events but he does more then watchs he gos under cover a lot to take down many evils that wish to harm the world how ever there be one thing he could't stop one of his only failures be the death of humanity end the age of humanity lucky noticed ther hate was going out of control and they was destroying each other and many pokemon was all so geting hurt when he look into the matter it break his heart he found out the dark Arceus Plate a zoroark name Sandayū he was sadden finding out he playing a part in this he known that Sandayū dislike humans being taken form his family as a baby and how he feels humans treat pokemon lucky call for the other arceus plates and they face off with Sandayu they manage to beat him and when ask why he doing this he told lucky after years of seeing evil humans hurting and useing pokemon like tools and Arceus doing nothing about it he have enough and wanted to end them once and for all so pokemon can be the dominant race then take down Arceus and lead pokemon to a new future before lucky could do any thing to him a chance would open up for Sandayū to get away after he was get away form them lucky and the Arceus Plates did best to help the pokemon and stop the fighting by the damage was done the humans there olny a few left he ask Arceus to turn what left into pokemon and he ask that humans form the past bring to this world to help the world in it time of need as he seen what humans can do.

The new world
With humans gone lucky did what he could to help rebuild the world and in time pokemon become a lot like humans they made kingdoms they own technology ther own societys and even make thing humans could never dream and with the rise of mystery dungeons all over the world of it was a interesting for lucky and give him a lot to research and with all pokemon falling in love for wearing diapers he too all so loves wearing them and finds them useful and when he saw Arceus become pamp Arceus he could not help but giggle some and tease him (knowing full well he can get away with it) he could see why Sandayū wanted this but it still wrong and if he ever found him again he make him pay for it this lead lucky would one day make his home Pangororia and build lab that he own and lead call the Sunny Research lab after that he form a organization name the Leader of Ring of Arceus ther goal is to keep the world safe in secret and be it last line of Defense not long after it forming Ampy the Electric Arceus Plate would come to work for him at his lab this made him happy as he a good Friend and when lucky form the Shadow Broker he let ampy handed it and be his second in command in his lab.

Suikasel's Laboratory

Lucky seen many evils but there one evil he never think he ever see one day when he was out doing research rift open up and saw an odd looking Urshifu with a diaper arm appear thinking it was rare Urshifu in this ever changeing diaper world even more amazed at all the special gear he had with him and watch how it catch some eevees lucky start to studied all the various traps he placed and various parts seeing none of them are fatal, but more for capturing or injuring its prey, he noticed some special signal on it and decided not to trigger it as not to alert the one who placed it. attempted to approach the Urshifu, but accidentally triggered a paralyses trap follow by a pitfall how ever he did talk the Urshifu into leting him go with him he be taken to Suikasel's Laboratory right away he could tell it was bad news but put on a act to see what he could lean about it lucky got to win Suikasel trust and got to work closely to him this time there shock him what he was doing to pokemon and other life forms that form worlds he did't know about most of all he get to see the diaper tail bests he did his work where he could till the day they break out in that time he become close with a Alakazam Researcher (who later become Doctor Paradox) when the day come and the pamps got free and start to be destroyed lucky before he got away download all of the lab data he even get the data on the 9 diaper bests how ever it was damage as someone try to delete it but his fast thinking let him save it he just need to fix it back at his lab how ever he could't get data on Suikasel in time and have to leave but he did made it so all of the experiments could all so get away to never forget what happen he have a robe made base on what he wears his lab but now one he wears for now on

after that after what he saw it made him want to keep his world safe now more then ever he keeps a watch full eye on the ragtags knowing they are Suikasel experiments he not be shock if they turn evil and he ready to take them out if the time comes if not he happy to have them help keep the world safe maybe even tell them who they are as he have all ther data on the ones who been found and yet to been found the diaper bests he all so watchs fearing they could turn on the world with the data he made weapons that can stop them if they ever become a threat and knowing there was lab survivors he keeps his eye out for if Saren and even Suikasel if they are some how still alive he all so wonders when Sandayū will show him self again.

Azoth just like many experiments was taken to Suikasel's Laboratory he was found in a old lab still cryogenically frozen once in Suikasel's Laboratory he was waken form his sleep and join the many experiments his name be subject-773 lucky often work on him being a bit careing when he could as they wanted to make the RKS System even more powerfull so it could match if not be more powerfull then Arceus and master any pokemon attack long with other things when he escape by luck he land near where lucky end up at how ever he have no Memory of the lab or who he was not even back ups lucky feeling bad for him taken him in and give him a set of Memorys to use so he could change types he was thankfull to lucky and own his life to him so he become his Bodyguard to keep him safe even going far to be lucky diaper so he be there when lucky needs him most lucky love the idea and was ok with it lucky and lcuky would name him Azoth even treat him like a son all so ask to get to know his Ragtag family and spy on them when ever he visit them and gos out with them Azoth was ok with spying on his Ragtag family as he knows full well that the ragtags could become a threat and if the ragtags need to be taken out then he was ok with his fate and going down with them as he don't not want to be a threat lucky hopes that day never comes as he loves Azoth as a son
