Lol so true.
I remember asking my self why they let the people they where fighting power up... I mean I know that some enemies power was just to frightening or that they became basically unmovable while they increased their power. But most of the time it was just the Z fighters standing there grunting and saying "Wow what amazing power." as they watched an enemy become even more difficult to beat. Hell even before they start to power up enemies tend to announce that crap.
"You still cling to hope? Fine! I will show you just how useless your efforts are." Usually the good guys are to hurt to react but sometimes It will just be like they guy is boasting while the good guys haven't even been touched yet. When the bad guy says that you should pull the est attack you have out and hit him with it ASAP.
And why does it take so long for them to power up? I mean they should be able to just let the power jump to full. I know there are time when their bodies need to adjust to the power. But you can tell me they haven't been times when they could of just let the ball drop and go all out in a moment.
I mean the fight Piccolo had will first form cell... He said" I not going to give you the chance to gain anymore power." And Piccolo powered up to his max in like 3-4 sec. It left a giant crater in the ground as the land collasped under his feet, yeah... but we didn't have to wait for the fight to jump off.
