Genets are usually shy, nocturnal creatures. People are barely aware of their existence.
Taray is not your typical genet. He's rather flamboyant, not unlike this thicket of trumpet vines, and just as prone to invade your personal space.
Taray doesn't bite. (Unless you're into that kind of thing.) He'll probably lick your cheek when you least expect it—if he likes you, of course.
And yes, his tail always picks up a lot of leaves and branches. It's the kind of tail that needs a lot of work.
