The world is filled with people who, no matter what you do, will point blank not like you. But it is also filled with those who will love you fiercely. They are your people. You are not for everyone and that is OK.
Talk to the people who can hear you.
Do not waste your precious time and gifts trying to convince them of your value; they won't ever want what you are selling or offering. Do not convince them to walk alongside you. You will be wasting both your time and theirs, and will likely inflict unnecessary wounds, which will take precious time to heal.
You are not for them and they are not for you; politely wave them on, and continue along your way.
Sharing your path with someone is a sacred gift; do not cheapen this gift by rolling yours in the wrong direction.

Whisper is NOT for everyone. Like myself, she is an acquired taste: either you like her or you don't. Trust me when I say she is not going to spend her time and energy trying to convince you why you should like or trust her.
Just some random musings as Whisper reflects on an upcoming mission...don't mind her.
Being an assassin, you sometimes need to stop and think about various aspects of life and your choices you make. She has had a long year and is starting to reevaluate her life, choices, and people that have access to her. I think that is something we ALL could stand to do occasionally, right?

You know, my last job was a hard life lesson for me- and we can discuss this privately. But not everyone will like you: at work, school, hell...let's be real, you really have to be careful who you call your "friends" because of them really don't like you; they tolerate you. Learn that.
I'm starting to push fake friends and people out of my life and it FEELS GOOD. Trust me, don't dwell on the negative or wrong people you've met in life and instead try to find a few decent ones and stay friends with them instead.

On a real note there was a motivational speaker (I forget his name but if i find him I'll send you a link) who was describing how much time people spend trying to either change, or are overly-concerned about, what other people think about them, to the point it becomes an obsessive habit, was real interesting and pointed out how some people make themselves miserable over it and let it affect the way they live life.
