Jennifer entered her final month of pregnancy with a sigh of relief. She knew twins were going to take up more space than a solo pup, but what the twins had done to her over the past nine months was beyond what she or Logan had expected. By that point Jennifer felt like she was more baby bump than mother, her belly rising like a mountain of fur high above her once flat torso. She’d long lost sight of her paws many months ago as her growing bump eclipsed everything below her line of sight. Jennifer's belly had finally stopped growing ‘out’ and instead had begun to grow heavier and, for lack of a better term, more pressurized. There was very little give to her stomach anymore, which Logan described as feeling a basketball, which in some way was fitting as she felt it was nearly the size of one. The twins moved less often due to this space reduction, but Jennifer could more strongly feel every twitch, shift and shove inside of her when they did. The way they pushed each other about in her belly, it was becoming evident that they were not enjoying the experience either.
