I really don't know ;_; Honest to god... But it really does happen, now... it may not have been the water it's self that caught on fire but rather what was in the water, but still... -.- And to think... I've been a commercial cook for the last 10 years. It's sad.

:P Actually, the best way to "Light water on fire" is to drop a bit into boiling oil. I'm not 100% sure what the ratio is and you need a gas range to do it, but you can get some pretty wicked flames from that. I REALLY don't advise you try this... There was actually a Myth Busters episode about it :P
