Half pound of meat, in this case pork, cut into spoon size pieces. Place in a pot and top with water until the meat is just covered. Add two pinches of salt and bring to boil. Once boiling slice one hot pepper into strips (I used ghost pepper) and add.
Let water reduce until its around half. Serve with a cold mead or red wine and dark bread.
Also best enjoyed near a stream or under the stars.
