An updated version of Meridum; a Moon of Tretris Oakutarui.

Meridum has shared its history with it's parent planet since it's founding back in the early Intelonian Era. It was nearly wiped clean of its populace during the Bogwing Flu outbreak in 489 GRS. It became the safe haven for William Tudor who survived the initial attack on Tretris during the System Wars. It was also the homeworld of Intelonian General Adrian Rendaux who became the Republic's greatest general in known history.

However all that changed when the Oltanians razed the moon to the ground, stripping it of its atmosphere, this event became known as the Razing of Meridum; A hallmark event that changed the tide of the First Galactic War; After the war ended the moon was rebuilt thanks to Oakutaruian and Novalian techniques and the moon was restored to its former glory.

The two prominent cities of Meridum are Novastal and New Olympia City, both located in the Meridum Maas Caldera a now extinct supervolcano that erupted many eons before the Intelonians arrived in the Whirlpool.
