4 peaches
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1t. butter flavoring'
1t. vanilla extract
2T ground cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
3T white wine

Melt the butter in a pan on the stove
mix the flour, milk, sugar, vanilla, wine, butter flavor, and cinnamon
slice and pit the peaches, peel if you like
pour the flour mixture over the butter in the pan removing it from the heat, arrange the peach slices in the pan, letting them sink into the mix
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, for a nice brown top turn on the broiler and watch it closely so as not to burn, let it cool 5-10 minutes before cutting, serve with vanilla icecream and milk
