So here we have the general (nobility instead of by full skill) with the power to negate strong emotions towards him with people look upon him (like Eric Drake, only instead of Lust, the general inflicts Calmness and Non-aggression towards himself) He also has a Pretty Potent Mind Control....so long as he can talk the person into going with the idea as the more diplomatic and more prone one is to do the action the easier, If you're completely against the suggested course ... Well it's beyond his Silver tongue to talk people into it XD
