oh i love you char it's so perfect, :3.. oww i had been in doubt about my characters being plantigrade or digitigrade, but for the story i ended up leaving plantigrade able to wear shoes and boots, i don't know if i did right. XD

Looking at how his lower legs are drawn I'd wanna say he walks digitigrade when he's not in those boots and probably finds the boots most uncomfortable, but deals with it because high society.
