It's a foray into a different genre with superhero characters with a cyborg and a zoomorphic shapeshifter up against a horde of foes and holding their own. As always along with the action there's plenty of background detail and other characters with this being another piece that will have something new every time you look at it.

It does look as though there will be a chance that the invasion will be repulsed unless there are some nasty surprises in store from the crystalline invaders. If they're able to reconstitute themselves or potentially multiply from individual crystal shards then they might end up overwhelming our two heroes. Then you might have another classic of the superhero genre with the two heroes perhaps cuffed and in the shapeshifters case muzzled and otherwise immobilised within crystalline bonds.

Could happen any time^^
