But you have spoken wrong. The cannon is, in fact, on the right arm. :P

This isn't bad, man. A very good first attempt at drawing Samus's Power Suit. :3 I WILL say, however, that there's a few things wrong with the suit; for one, the 'shoulder balls' aren't as ball-like as they should be, are missing the flanges, and seem to have GLaDOS-like eyes on them. For another, the cannon is much too big, and seems to be an attachment rather than built directly into the suit. Third, her right upper arm seems... kinda short in comparison to her left.
There's more things that I see, but I don't wanna nitpick too much; that might discourage you from finishing, or attempting to do more stuff like this. :P
-Oh, one more thing; when are you gonna get around to doing that pic of Mega Man X as a fox? (Just kidding, lol XP)

It's funny...while I very much like Samus just as she is, when I've wondered what animal she would be if she were furry (or...just, and animal in general), I'm always drawn to wolf. I.e., lone wolf, yes, but...she sure doesn't fit bird :P

Not bad at all! And consider it this way: being bad at drawing machines shouldn't stop you from drawing the power suit, as it's an insectoid symbiotic lifeform. Not a machine. :3

Thanks! =3 I actually didn't know that about the suit :o (never played Metroid) But it has the same qualities of a machine, which intimidates me x3

It's not revealed in the games, but in the side comic. The suit is standard to all chozo technology; it's alive. On top of that, it's part of Samus, unless she asks it to not be. Hence the change in Fusion; if you want the suit off, it needs to be surgically removed and killed. XD
