Serpents of crystalline copper are small serpents with an elongated thin-boned body and large wings.

Granum seminis looks like a small prismatic crystal, often displaced closer to the serpent's nose.

A rare subspecies. They live in desert regions, occasionally entering the steppe.

These serpents secrete copper chloride and various other toxic compounds from their mouths.

The economic value is low. Occasionally they are used as a source of jewelry raw materials.
