I will say, that after being in clubs in Ohio, Chicago, New York, Boston, New Haven, and San Francisco, The Connection still beats them all.

There's a lot of good resources on the net for Ex-ex-gays. It gives info on how flawed the ex-gay ministries are. They don't keep long term stats on "recovery", some promise permanent recovery, some say it will be a daily struggle for the rest of your life, so it's very inconsistent. Etc.

Coming from a fundamentalist standpoint: The Ex-gay ministries charge for their programs. Some programs will last as long as years of "therapy" and group meetings and group home living. All of that costs lots of money too. So it would seem that to recover from the sin of homosexuality, God requires that you have lots of money and free time. So poor people just have to be gay. That's ok, God never really favored the poor anyways. : P
