Summer's almost over, means it's time for my fuzzy characters to hit the water, seasonally late yet again!
-Suzu is ripping up the tide, no trouble (she knows the cheat codes for Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer)
-Sayaka just lost her score multiplier. Bummer!
-Kari has a few seconds to decide whether her fate will be decided by a giant wave, but a flying surfboard tethered to a flailing leg might have other plans.
Fun stuff, this watery scene was an exercise with both sculpting and geometry nodes in Blender (cool nerd shit), everything but the character bases are all new from scratch for this scene. It came together mostly in a single day, but then it took weeks to decide to finish it, and I think it is finished now yes.
