I can almost hear this GIF.

The soft yet harsh cacophony of whitenoise of the wind carrying the cold droplets of rain to pavement, glass and metal alike...

The echoing faucet of rainwater into the sewers below...

The buzz of the dim streetlight, the slight hum and whirr of the AC unit on the building's side...

...not to mention the rattle-rattle... clank of an occupied trash can.

I envy your pixel-artistry... I wish I could make something even half as decent as what you've been able to create.

Can I say the atmosphere is like that episode of Spongebob where he tells the story of how he lost is identity in a coffee place to where it’s storming

This looks fantastic~
The ambiance and tone of this are really good. Just looking at it play allows me to hear the raindrops as they fall from the sky and sounds of a light storm up in the sky.

And the clanging of the aluminum from the trash out on the side of the building as the creature inside peers out over the quiet street.

The rustling of the leaves in the wind, and paper upon the post flapping in the wind and rain as the pin holds it in place.
It's very, very nice. Extremely well done!
