Tiera Vulpes = Kobalt Steel

The second attempt to redesign Tiera; the old jumpsuit is pretty much gone, at this point, and replaced with this newer look. This look was based on Rouge the Bat's Sonic Heroes outfit, since I really liked it and felt it matched what Tiera is/is becoming, which is a playful and flirty seductress and action-hero spy/catburglar type of lady. Hints of the old jumpsuit are still there (the jumpsuit is still worn left-over-right) and the emerald necklace is still there. It wasn't perfect, though, as I felt the red belts don't really look good next to the red cuffs on her new boots and gloves; this would be fixed in the next picture.

As for more details on Tiera's new world and role. Tiera is still the character I described in the Thriller picture, but she's a little more than just that; for one, she's also now a catburglar and spy, able to steal things with great ease and speed and with very few even noticing. It's very handly for raid missions, reconnaissance, break ins, break outs, etc.

She's also still a very skilled fighter, but she primarily fights with her legs and feet, such as using intense kicks and does various grapples and attacks with her thighs; she used to do this because she figured she would need to use her upper body to carry things and, as a result, would need to use her lower body to defend herself, but she got so good at it, she primarily trained herself to just use her legs and feet for everything, which also allowed her to use her whole body for all sorts of crazy things.

Her ears are also very huge, which is a trait shared with other members of her family; while this grants her better hearing, it also means that disguises and hiding are more difficult, since she doesn't look like other Arctic Foxes. The ears are also an indicator that she is related to the criminal family, so when she goes to certain parts of the galaxy that her family is known, she is treated as such... which is both beneficial and not beneficial...
