Tiera Vulpes =  KobaltSteel

This is the third redesign for Tiera; it's essentially the same thing as the second redesign, but with more detail to the suit, the belts and pouches becoming white, Tiera wearing blue eyeliner and lipstick, and Tiera's nose becoming blue. I felt that Tiera's suit would look better with white belts rather than red, since I felt red cluttered the center of her body with red, and I wanted to slightly break the colors a little bit. I also added a diagonal white belt on her chest, in order to have a little action on her chest, which is now completley concealed and doesn't have that corset Rouge wears. I also intentionally limited Tiera's color palate to STRICTLY red, white, and blue, which is why her emerald necklace has been removed, her eyeliner is now the same shade of blue as her suit, AND her nose is now blue too. It's also not apparent here, but her entire outfit is made of synthetic leather and some futuristic materials

This is probably going to be the new look for Tiera Vulpes in the coming days, although I will be making minor adjustments to the design to further perfect it; I will also keep the old jumpsuit around, but I don't expect it to be used for much longer, since I want to try and go for the more Sonic-like look and I don't think the old jumpsuit really works with that look

As for the final details, Tiera is very skilled at hacking, as it is a part of her extensive S.T.E.M. intelligence, to which she primarily uses a small pocket computer, though she's also able to access and use enemy computers easily as well; related to that, as mentioned before, Tiera is a catburger and spy and, therefore, uses spy stuff; wires, small bombs, that pocket computer, nightvision goggles, all of the spy stuff, and more! Her jumpsuit even has advanced technology in it, such as temperature adaptation, although the extent of these technologies is TBD.

She's also very skilled at using vehicles (making her a great get-away driver), with her preferred vehicle being motorcycles... because biker babe. Forgot if I ever mentioned it, but Tiera is also a very fast runner; she is the fastest runner of the team, at least naturally (depending on how I want to handle it).
