This is her Toxic Poison Love Outfit, which has green fringe on the vest, as well as the SpookyFangz Bow and Poison Candy Skirt, both of which aren't usually featured on her Normal Outfit. Lazarine also wears an extra poofy, black Cloth Diaper with two Heart-Shaped Safety Pins and a pink Heart and Star Pattern on it instead of the normal red Single-Pin Cloth Diaper she normally wears. In addition to her more stylish looks in this outfit, it also comes with a few extra weapons and devices, such as the GigaBuster Sword, that often aid her greatly in a variety of situations, such as those involving any form of intense, close range combat.
