When Livira was first introduced to the concept of the Rix and their mold-goo properties, from a hint of fuzzy texture intermingled with the stretch and light sheen of natural latex, she didn't expect that Lazur would send to her a mask reminiscent of her favorite sub-classification of the beasts: the messenger. Figuring it to be but a simplistic mask, she rose it in her hands and looked through the sockets of the eyes, preparing to playfully press it to her snout and begin to tease or pretend that she herself was one of the beasts, with its wings held out before the mirror. It was quite exotic to the touch, even for an object made of plastic, plush, and hints of felt and latex, and as she brought it to her face, she expected to have an elastic strap to stretch behind her face.
