Aaaaaaaaaw!! :D When I drew this, I hadn't in mind what Raph could have actually said... but in my mind ended being the other way around: Raph propossing to Mikey. Mike didn't even get to reply as he jsut breaks out crying... but Raph mostly figures out that his anwer is 'yes'. x3
This piece makes me insanely happy, oddly enough. It really does look like Raph's either given Mikey some really awesome news... ;__; <3
... Or, perhaps, the younger one was really upset by something and his older brother managed to say something off-the-cuff to bring a smile to his face. x3
