This is fundamentally a splendid illustration! I have never seen a mobian expressed in reptilian form before, more so as a serpent. Rip looks like a very bad boy, hip sort of teenager to me. The black jacket and dark rings around the eyes add character to his appearance. The skull mark atop his hood is awesome! :3
