A little story behind his creation:
The creation behind this panther character stemmed from my hatred of a particular ship, that being Panther x Krystal from Star Fox.
I never cared for the character of Panther and I honestly think Krystal would rather slap him then date him. I then decided to re-focus my hatred of the character of Panther from Star Fox and make my own Panther OC for my own hobbyist work of fiction that is my comic, Vulpine Vibes. I decided to create a panther character who lives in the same apartment complex as Chris that would be thirsty for Flora and would try to hit on her to get with Flora, however of course Felix will never have Flora because she's Chris' girlfriend and is very faithful to Chris.

And of course, just like with Rian, Felix will be another punching bag character for me.
