In some park of Washington DC, there's this kick-ass, ginormous statue, all sunked-into-the-ground-looking. I only managed to get a couple pieces of it, as people wouldn't get the fuck out of the way. But it's one of those things kids just have to climb on, I suppose. I think this head was about 12 ft long and 4 - 5ft high at the forehead, but I'm dreadful with measurements. The whole sculpture spanned something about a football field.

lol Awesome, Wish I had more shutterbugs around here to hang with, I do allot of UE stuff and so on never get too artsy fartsy bout everything I usesualy go to thiese places with intent of taking awesome pix... buuuut I wind up just being there for the trip more, for example going into an abandoned insane asylum witha camera, coming out with a couple shots and amazing memories lol.
Lol I'd love to do that, I was supposedto get a location relise signed so we could go shoot video and pix of Whalom Park, witch I grew up going to in the 80s, but closed, had rides my great grandparents rode and even got kicked off of lol. but we didnt in time and it got ripped down... after like over 100 years of being there.
This would look awesome in a sunset or sunrise It gives me that creepy feeling you get when you watch planet of the apes for the first time n see the statue at the end. Almost like a civilization has disappeared into the earth its great lol Is this built like that or did some one have a cool statue built and just kinda stuck it in the ground? Like is it a full statue or a head? Whatever the case its friggin awesome.
I'm not positive, but I think it was built out of the ground rather than having actually fell over. the more i think about it, he may have been coming out of the ground. Anyway, only parts of his body are visible above the ground...his face, one arm reaching way up in the air and like towering over everything. I forget what else, but random parts of his body.
