Tsuki: Before and After
Wow, me drawing a character of mine that isnt the purple and brown gays? I cant believe it.
Anyways, maybe two of you might remember the boyband Sky was apart of called GAMMA✰ (You can see their lineup here! https://www.furaffinity.net/view/35058891/ ).
Here's some more background on Tsuki, the emo doggo of the group. Before he became a star, he originally had a bulldog/shar pei look, but his managers forced him to undergo plastic surgery to give him a more "marketable" look (He was recuited for his singing ability, not so much his appearance).
Here he is going through memory lane, looking back at what he used to be. He seemed much happier then.

I relate to all that but the singing, being famous and plastic surgery.
what makes me feel more like this picture is when my mom asks "what happened to that smile"
I only always wanna say it's because I grew up and realized everything I was told in school was an absolute lie and that this are very few upsides to growing up.
then I decide to hold my tongue because my mom tried to keep me happy through all the tough times she's endured all on her own.
I love my mom but MAN did I not ask for this

It's hard to keep a smile forever uh? I think we can deeply relate to Tsuki at some point in our lives even today when you realize the very flaws of reality. Life is like comedy and tragedy in a theatre act and we all have a role to play depends which face we give to the audience. Sometimes I feel like I'm the Pagliacci always laughing but in truth they only tears in disguise. Good gracious! I went very deep there so my apologize for that hahaha! But still a very beautiful drawing enough to awake many emotions I haven't felt for a while so hats off to you! :D
