Biography: DJ Travis is a traveling disc jockey who made his name famous in the top dancing clubs in England, and just recently have been touring his way through the United States. During his tour, he happened to stumble upon Ramona Flowers from the stage and asked her out during a post-show backstage tour. For a time, they hit it off real well. Unfortunately for him, like her many exes, their love life was short-lived. It was after hearing about the fall of the League of Evil Exes that reminded him of the good times. Even though he wasn't called into action in the League, he felt he must perform his duty, so he traveled to Canada to face off against Scott Pilgrim. What would soon to follow would no doubt be a fight that Scott will also never forget.
I have to say first off, I loved "Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World". This movie really did have a charm of its own that appealed to me ever since I saw the trailers for the first time. With hilarity that never lets up, great action scenes, and moments that bend Scott's world into a comic book/video game reality, I know I intend to watch this movie two or three times before it comes out on DVD.
And the DeviantArt contest for the 8th Evil Ex, I cannot possibly pass up on. So here's my entry for the Scott Pilgrim Vs The World 8th Evil Ex contest. I have logged on countless hours (Don't ask me how many!) and put off several projects to get this completed by the deadline, so apologies to anyone I owe artwork to. Now this is done, I can get back to work.
I hope you enjoy this entry to an awesome contest, and kudos to Bryan Lee O'Malley for thinking up a world that could become one great silver-screen flick. :)
