My little celebi. Old base that my brother who occasionally dabble in art drew me a long bit ago. Turned into these.
The Midna form was for during the duration of me still being in Dream Self Technologies (Since I was intially running as Midna before converting for Celebi.)
Rubber form is equally the same case.
And lastly. The far right is her default!

Veyla Enigma

Species: Anthro Celebi.
Appearance: A 3'10 anthromorphic celebi. Weighing at barely 50lbs. Light Green onion head, two attenaes, and a pair of insectoid wings.
Bio: An average dangerously curious onion fairy. Due to a certain accident, she stops aging and had her ability nullified to a point. She now wander the world in curiosity.
Abilities:
-Magical Amplify: Allows her to enhance a magical device or mechanical machinery to function better than it should temporary. The enchanted will only affect what's not already inside at the time of enchantment, excluding herself.
Duration: This stays active as long as she's within 1m radius, or up to 5 minutes after her having left the range.
Upgrade: If she stayed too long, its effects may also be upgraded.
Expiration: All effects that had been affecting anyone will expire after the enchantment itself wore off and the celebi herself is reverted back to normal. Victims are also mostly protected while within the machine's range.
-Natural Cure: Allows her to cure a nearby target with success dependant on their relation. But always imposes said condition on herself. She could heal from most of them while resting in regular sunlight afterwards
-Time Stop:On contact, she could envelop target, creature or object, in a strange power to stop them from moving in that time period, albeit aware. She could also only keep them stopped for up to a minute, one target at a time. Her body also wilts every time she uses it. And recovers from sunlight and enough water.
-Basic psychic: She could propel herself with psychic for extra mobility. She's also capable of short non-continual teleportation. She could also lift things with her psychic as long as it's not heavier than herself. Or amplify her strength for a little bit more lifting power. She could also hypnotize targets if needed.
