Somewhere at the coast, Fox McCloud and his sweetheart, Krystal, were taking a vacation after a successful mission. After butting heads with Andross and his minions, including Wolf O'Donnell, the heroes figured they might as well rest up. Luckily for them, General Pepper suggested this spot for their vacation and they accept it.


At this time, Krystal was laying on her beach towel, taking a nice nap. While the boombox was playing some good tunes, the sun was slowly setting. With a view of the sun setting, it made the water brighter than the dark clouds creeping above. Coming out of the hut was none other than Fox. He was walking down the ramp in his green swimsuits, chewing gum. When he caught sight of Krystal, he couldn't help, but stare at her. His face reddened. "Don't you look pretty now, Sleeping Beauty?" He softly said.


It wasn't long until he reached into his pocket and pulled out a bubble gum that was wrapped in pink and blue. "The last one..." He commented just before an idea hatched inside of his head. He looked back at Krystal and back to the gum. He chuckled deviously.


The vixen snored soundly while Fox quietly walked towards her. Without making a single noise, he got close to the sleeping body. He unwrapped the gum and plops the pink gum into her mouth. In an instant, Krystal starting chewing. She smiled and giggled in her sleep. "I bet you can blow a bubble this big!" Fox whispered to her ear in a cheesy, but spunky voice. "Oh, yeah?" Krystal laughed in her sleep, thinking that was someone else. "Who said this was a contest? If if you wish, I'll show you." Before she can do anything else, Fox stepped back a little.


As expected, Krystal starts to blow a bubble. She huffed and puffed, making the bubble bigger than a beach ball. "Krys-tal! Krys-tal!" Fox chanted softly without waking Krystal. The blue vixen blushed when she heard Fox's voice. This caused her to blow faster. In a flash, it surpassed the size of a yoga ball. However, this doesn't stop her from blowing her bubble in her sleep.


It didn't take long for Krystal to wake up from an itch she had behind her head. When she opened her eyes, she immediately sat upward. She starred at the bubble that was bigger than the hut. She placed both hands on the bubble, appearing to be dumbfounded. "Great job, Krystal!" Fox laughed, applauding. Wait... Krystal thought. Was I chewing gum in my sleep?


And to answer her question, yes, she did. It's much better than eating in your sleep, right?
