After doing Katsuragi, I was going to do other things but someone asked me to draw a few girls for them. One of them being Loona (as they really liked her). The hair was the hardest bit of it but thankfully I managed to get it down that I was satisfied with it. The more I look at Loona I realise she has an interesting design, which hopefully can help to make equally as good oc designs in the future too.
