Since Everyone else was designing and styling their gear for the upcoming FBA season... I thought 'What the heck' and get something done for my team too.

It took me ALL DAY to come up with this on MS Paint... ON A TOUCH PAD!!! DX
Please cut me some slack, but other than that I think I did okay...
I like the Little Blanks I did on the Alt and the Shorts, and had fun with that!

Hmm... I think it's a pretty nice start.
I will definitely help you with it tomorrow though. I think it could stand to be a little more creative, and the font seems a little "amateur". There is nothing wrong at all with simple fonts, you just have to pick the right one and make it look professional still. I think with a little more thought, the simplicity can really work! Though I understand you're working at a disadvantage using MS Paint! DX
I like where you're going with the DM and the use of the blank space in the alt logo, but it doesn't read as a sports logo. It has to have a little bit more of a visual element then just typing out DM or D_ _ M _ _ _ _ _. Throw in a basketball, mess with outlines of the other color (red or blue), adjust the letters around and add some creativity to your base idea! Don't stop now!
