I must ask, given that you're showing Azazel for this: Are you doing Greed Mode with the same character repeatedly? The amount of coins that one specific character donates is tracked across all runs, and the more you donate, the earlier it jams. Eventually it goes up to a 1 in 5 chance per coin to jam, so if you're using Azzy a lot (Like me), thaaaat might be why the donation machine hates you.
