History:
Mitzy was born and raised in Viridian city, having a comfortable life with her parents; who were able to fund her schooling in the PCA due to their occupations in law. They believed that Mary would be able to follow her parents’ careers, becoming a genius law student in the Kanto University. Thus far, however, she hasn’t been doing very well in her academics or her battling, much to their disappointment. However, Mary believes that she’s smarter than her results show her to be, and that she’s just lazy. No one else seems to believe her on that respect, though.

Personality:
Mitzy is rather over affectionate, quickly assuming that everyone she meets is her friend; regardless of how they act towards her. She tends to be rather ditzy and absent-minded, although she is actually quite smart. Her friendly attitude and optimism is almost unbreakable, as she rarely gets sad or mad from other peoples’ actions. She does get a little let down from time to time, usually from being rejected for one of her hugs or the like, but perks up quickly. Mitzy can also be rather single-minded, so if a subject or need is on her mind she will link all of her thoughts and thus speech to it.

Interests:
Mitzy enjoys cooking, and food in general, a lot. This is obviously the source of her weight, but her time spent practicing cooking has not gone to waste, as her skill in it outweighs most other students. She is also skilled in playing the trombone, and thus ends up in many orchestral pieces with Medli, who can’t stand her over affectionate nature.

Moves:
Freshman Moves:
Growth: A truly strange move; with this Mitzy increases her size by sacrificing nutrients for a temporary growth spurt, at the end of which she must sacrifice the size in order to recuperate herself. While she generally only increases herself by a about four inches, she can go beyond that with the help of more nutrients and energy.
Vine Whip: The vines attached to Mitzy’s flower bud are quite delicate, and she is able to manipulate them as accurately as her hands if she focuses hard enough. While Mitzy prefers to use them to handle everyday tasks they can be also be used to pummel her enemies, as they can pack a surprising punch.
Giga Drain: Focussing her body on her contact with another ‘mon Mitzy begins absorbing her victim’s energy, whether they are willing or not. This drains her target and energises herself, but can be used in reverse if needed.
Sleep Powder: Mitzy puffs a strange blue floating powder out of the bud on her back, which, when inhaled, causes the inhaler to slowly fall asleep as it soothes the mind. Mitzy prefers putting her foes to sleep like this rather than fighting if forced into a fight, as she has little interest in violence.

Learning Moves:
Bullet Seed: Loading up a ‘clip’ of seeds in her Mitzy prepares to fire off a collection of high-speed seeds. The seeds can be fired in various ways, although Mitzy can only handle the standard ‘machine-gun’ style at this point.
Sweet Scent: Mitzy’s bud has a soothing scent to it, but on occasion puffs out a even sweeter scent, which can distract and sooth others. Mitzy has no power over it’s timing yet though, and it often ends up annoying her.
Grasswhistle: Hitting a particular frequency and note by blowing wind through one of her leaves Mitzy can cause an instinctive reaction in other pokemon which causes them to fall asleep almost immediately. While Mitzy knows she can use this move, she often has trouble hitting the right note, often humiliating herself as she attempts to get it right.
Synthesis: Mitzy, being part plant, can absorb light in order to synthesise nutrients for her body. While Mitzy has long mastered this ability, Mitzy’s bud and small leaves are not very good for absorbing the sunlight, and thus Mitzy must spend a lot of time outdoors in order to get any substantial benefit.

Appearance:
Mitzy is a rather chubby girl, with quite a wide waist and a bit of a belly, although she doesn’t seem to care. She is generally found wearing black trousers and an emerald green t-shirt, although she has plenty of other outfits in her wardrobe. She almost always has a smile on her face, unlike the rest of her team (apart from Tano, I guess).

Team and Relationships:
Mitzy is part of Team Throne, along with her closest friends (since she’s new to the PCA). She doesn’t know many people around the school yet, but has ended up being a major irritation to Medli, with whom she plays orchestral pieces. Medli can’t stand her perky and ditzy nature, while Mitzy still believes they’re great friends.
