The last in a set of 4 I commissioned from  white-devil a while back.

Here we've got Col. Brockman as last seen here blowing some poor schmuck away.
A surprising amount of people have been asking what his deal was either by note or via the original piece, so let me get you wise:

Col. Brockman is a prominent military figure and a grizzled veteran at that. He's usually on the front lines when super powered mayhem is going down.
What are his super powers? None. Just more training and combat experience than you can comprehend. Also firearms, specifically shotguns or high caliber handguns. Whatever it takes to break down a 8000 lb. hulking behemoth to a few thousand chunks before it can wreck another city.
He doesn't like meta 'humans', doesn't trust them. And if you're on his 'good side', well then congratulations, you accomplished a feat neigh impossible.
