"Trust me, I'm a doctor!" -Xel before performing 'surgery' on a Clanrat.

It is safe to say that no rat hailing from Clan Moulder is precisely 'right in the head', so to speak. For Xel, that phrase couldn't be more spot on. Xel was one of Krashak's more 'trusted' lieutenants when the heretical seer sought to dominate the entirety of the Under-Empire, and Xel was tasked with running 'final tests' on any creature and beast constructed and bred by the seer's two sons, Kash and Gash. Dubbed as 'The Breaker', it was a title well-earned. Xel could bring any manner of beast to their knees, and not even the largest of rat ogres could resist Xel's wicked sense of cruelty and experimentation. When not administering his various 'tests' to finalized war beasts, Xel also fancies himself as a doctor, using his own knowledge of anatomy to perform 'surgical miracles' on patients, giving any rat (un)lucky enough to be on his operation table any number of funky mutations, attachments, augments, and 'upgrades'. Xel's favorite 'upgrade' as he calls it is giving the patient more eyes. Xel is even known to surgically graft eyes on the hindquarters of wolf rats, giving the speedy war beasts extra vision and the ability to see their entire surroundings. Creepy and weird as hell, but, it has been effective a few times. Not sure anyone also thinks as Xel as a doctor, but nobody is bold enough to tell him otherwise.
