This is general because this drawing refer to a toy jolteon not real so it is safe no worry. (Otherwise it would be mature)

But i don't like at all because even the fake jolteon (the toy) is cute.

Look on the twitter link in descreption and you'll find out it is just an exploding toy like in this drawing so don't worry. If you ask me this artwork should be rated almost mature because the toy almost looks like a real fictional living pokemon if it was posted on e621 maybe could have been on questionable level of rating.
Please try not to draw again cute pokemon being tortured not even toys, I love them real or not.
I felt really bad on this. (and I won't fave that submission)
A good advice would be to draw an ugly Furby toy instead of a pokemon toy, because they are so ugly that noboby will care of them but a beloved pokemon toy is very too much of cruelty.
