Hmm.. underwear is pretty much one of the prime moments when I am glad to be a bear. I just can't imagine having to thread a long and fluffy tail through a hole on the back of one's underwear to not be a massive hassle. On trousers and the like you can probably work around it with buttons or something like that. With underwear, however, not so much.
Yes. The only problem with sliding them in there is the direction of fur growth - usually towards the tip of said tail. As for buttons, I am not sure they would hold properly - or be comfortable to wear back there. Oh well... ....whichever the case, those moments i am grateful for having but a stubby tail.
